CG LINK offers a well-structured On-Demand general public transit service, emphasizing safety, convenience, and reliability. Operating Monday to Friday from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm, the service covers a defined Service Area, ensuring that all trips commence and conclude within its boundaries.

The service functions as a shared ride option, requiring all trips to be arranged in advance with no restrictions on the purpose of travel. For added convenience, vehicles provide curb-to-curb pickup and delivery, with designated Virtual Bus Stops situated at the Promenade Mall.

Utilizing the CG LINK Rider App enhances the user experience by allowing riders to schedule, modify, or cancel their trips with ease. Notifications via text inform riders of their vehicle's estimated arrival—five minutes prior to pick-up—and provide details about the driver’s first name and vehicle ID number. Additionally, riders have the option to contact Dispatch for adjustments to their trip arrangements, with text alerts sent for changes initiated by phone.

Currently, fare is complimentary until April 19, 2024. Following this period, an adult will incur a fare of $1.50 for a one-way trip. Reduced fares are available at $1.25 for seniors (60 years and older), individuals with disabilities, and youth aged 6 to 15. Children aged five and under travel free when accompanied by a paying adult. Payment can be made via exact cash only upon boarding.
